Two people fighting for life after Gold Coast crash

Two people are fighting for life after a serious crash in heavy rain on the Gold Coast.

A woman and a man were driving in separate cars along Rifle Range Rd in Pimpama when they crashed about 7.27am on Thursday.

Queensland Fire Department crews arrived only minutes later and found the woman, believed to be in her 20s, trapped inside one of the cars.
