Gold Coast's beloved Mowerman gears up for 15th straight charity fundraiser



He's known around Australia as "The Mowerman", but Claude Harvey has traded in his trusty clipper for a different set of wheels as he takes off on his 15th annual Gold Coast walk to raise funds for a cause close to his heart.

For over a decade, Harvey garnered attention by traversing the country on a lawnmower, but this year, he opted for a new ride: a motorised scooter.

"I thought this year was the year to do something different," Harvey said.
