Queensland body corporate law changes proposed by state government

 Hundreds of thousands of Queenslanders could be impacted by proposed changes to the state's body corporate laws. 

The new laws proposed by the state government could impact the spread of second-hand smoke at properties, the termination of community titles schemes and pet owners. 

Why the changes? 

The government announced the changes after a housing summit in October. 

The meeting was called to address the state's housing crisis.
