 Gold Coast school holiday bookings are strong, but business owners are struggling to find staff to keep up with the boost in tourists.  Manager of Burleigh Beach Tower Richard Arbon said bookings for the September break had been "full for months".  "There's a lot of pent-up holiday demand," he said.
