How Does Home Staging Make a Difference on Sale Price

Image
Hello there, I was looking around for a luxury property for sale in Australia with the help of my real estate agent. My family was not able to pinpoint on any one of them. We were looking at the amenities and neighbourhood but were still not able to choose. Finally, we went to see another property and this time we were surprised to witness a fully furnished extravagant house with opulent accents and stunning furniture. I wanted to buy it instantly and my family agreed. We loved the fresh coat of paint on the walls, the new fixtures and the modern appliances. We paid a bit more but got what we wanted. Here is an article about the same.  https://www.milliondollarmansions.com.au/blogs/how-does-home-staging-make-a-difference-on-sale-price/

Gold Coast school holiday bookings are strong, but business owners are struggling to find staff to keep up with the boost in tourists.  Manager of Burleigh Beach Tower Richard Arbon said bookings for the September break had been "full for months".  "There's a lot of pent-up holiday demand," he said. "The Gold Coast has a lot of traction now, it's never been more popular."  Data from tourism body Destination Gold Coast shows the city's average occupancy over the two-week holiday period is sitting at 72 per cent for the holidays, spiking to an average of 87 per cent on some days.
